About Quantifi Photonics.
Quantifi Photonics is a test and measurement company specializing in scalable, high‑volume testing of photonic integrated circuits (PICs), co‑packaged optics (CPO), and optical interconnects for AI and high‑performance computing systems.
We work closely with leading photonics developers and manufacturers to deliver test solutions optimized for scaling from R&D through validation and characterization into high‑volume manufacturing and deployment. Our modular architecture is designed to support increasing channel counts, parallel test, and lower cost‑of‑test as devices move into production.

Iannick Monfils, PhD
President
Iannick has over 23 years of experience in the Photonics and Telecommunications industry. He manages all aspects of Quantifi Photonics’ product’s life cycle and collaborates with customers, partners and suppliers to address future technology and market needs. Iannick has been responsible for developing and bringing to market over 50 product families and is passionate about digital signal processing. He holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from McMaster University, Ontario, and a Master of Science and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Queen’s University, Ontario.
Kees Propstra
Vice President of Product Marketing | General Manager Quantifi Photonics USA
Kees has over 20 years of experience in product management and technology marketing, including roles at JDS Uniphase, Optun, Tektronix and MultiLane. He completed a Master of Science in physics and a post-graduate degree in modern optics from the University of Twente in the Netherlands.
Belinda Langman
Chief Operating Officer
Belinda has a strong organizational and accounting background spanning 30 years, gaining experience from roles in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom.
She is responsible for the manufacturing, quality assurance, and procurement and logistics teams, as well as day-to-day operations across the company’s offices in New Zealand, USA and Thailand.
Peter McDonald
Chief Financial Officer
Peter is a seasoned chartered accountant, and has extensive expertise in business consulting, financial analysis, and mergers and acquisitions.
As well as being responsible for the Quantifi Photonics group’s financial management, reporting and compliance, he provides analysis and advice on expansion opportunities and the company’s strategic direction.
Irina Khromova, PhD
Vice President of Engineering
Irina is an accomplished technology leader with a strong scientific and engineering background and extensive experience in R&D, product development, team leadership and customer engagement. In previous roles, she served as CTO at Oxsensis – WIKA group, and Metaboards, where she was responsible for technology strategy, production scale-up, intellectual property management, and was instrumental in successful capital raising. Irina holds PhDs in Telecommunications Engineering and Laser Physics, and has published 25 peer-reviewed papers and delivered over 80 technical presentations.
