Prize draw terms and conditions

1. The promoter is Quantifi Photonics Ltd whose registered office is at 12-14 Parkway Drive, Rosedale, Auckland, New Zealand.
2. The competition is open to anyone aged 18 years or over except employees of Quantifi Photonics and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, the entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. By entering this competition, the entrant consents to receive emails from Quantifi Photonics about webinars, new products and promotions and be contacted by Quantifi Photonics staff. The entrant may request to not be contacted or unsubscribe by contacting a Quantifi Photonics employee or emailing marketing@quantifiphotonics.com.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. Entrants can enter the competition by scanning their badge at the Quantifi Photonics booth at OFC 2022, or by signing up to the Quantifi Photonics newsletter by 5pm, 10 March 2022. 
8. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
9. Closing date for entry will be 5pm, 10 March 2022. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
10. Quantifi Photonics Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice for any reason or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
11. Quantifi Photonics Ltd is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
12. The prize is one pair of Bose noise-cancelling headphones which will be sent to the prize winner as long as physical delivery is possible and does not contravene any international laws.
13. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
14. The winner will be chosen randomly by software from all verified entrants.
15. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 
16. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
19. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by New Zealand law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
20. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with New Zealand data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
21. You are providing your information to Quantifi Photonics Ltd and its direct subsidiaries and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at https://www.quantifiphotonics.com/
22. Quantifi Photonics Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
23. Quantifi Photonics Ltd also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
