The New Zealand government has announced that from Friday 3 December 2021, New Zealand will be moving to a new Covid-19 response framework, with localised restrictions across the country. Our Auckland headquarters will continue to operate with a reduced number of staff on the premises.
We are working hard to minimize the inconvenience to customers, however there may still be some disruption or delays to shipping orders from New Zealand due to supply chain and shipping delays. All customers will be contacted with updates on the status of their order as soon as we have details available.
Our US office in Austin, Texas remains open and is operating as normal.
